I chose Leo and Co on the strength of a modest leaflet I found in my mailbox. Realising they were Jenman approved, I kept it on file for nearly two years.
Once ready to sell, I contacted them and got Mark to list my property. There was no hard sell and no “conditioning”, just an honest appraisal and we agreed on a base price.
I was supported every step of the way and some of those steps were very bumpy, but Mark’s excellent communication and ability to deal with difficult situations kept my sale on course. When you are a senior person, it’s particularly important to have that level of trust.

We sincerely appreciated your support and assistance with the process and found you to be a genuine, thorough and friendly person. As first home buyers, we had looked at about 30+ properties and made 3 offers before we secured our property in Geebung.
We found that many of the agents we met with didn’t have much time/interest in us or were very quick to tell us how easy it would be to “whack a second story on” which is rather unrealistic and unhelpful as this was not within our budget or interests.

When my brother purchased his first property about 12 months ago through another agent, the service and care was incomparable (to the point that some of the details in the contract weren’t even correct, something pretty fundamental), he didn’t enjoy any special care or support and it was clear that he was just another sale. If/when we decide to sell or purchase again, we’d definitely be interested in working with you and the Leo & Co team and we would absolutely recommend you to others looking to buy or sell.
