I had a fantastic experience with Leo & Co, specifically with Adam. In such a difficult rental market, finding a team that communicates clearly and works efficiently is rare. Adam was incredibly prompt, sweet, and provided detailed, clear answers with a refreshing, no-nonsense approach. Incredibly, our rental application was processed and approved in under 6 business hours, which made our life stress free. Unlike my previous frustrating experiences with other agencies where teams were completely unavailable, the team at Leo & Co is always reachable. Great service, great people, and overall very positive vibes. Highly recommend!! Edit: Forgot to mention about the goodies hamper provided by the team on our key collection day. Adam handed us a bag with toiletries, instant coffee and some snacks. Though not an expensive package, it was incredibly thoughtful of the team to give something like that. We didn't have to unpack anything on the moving day as we had these handy. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture. :) Loved it! <3

I couldn't recommend them more highly. They have managed my rental property for over 10 years, and throughout that time they have been consistently outstanding. They are incredibly professional, responsive and proactive, always dealing with anything that arises promptly and efficiently. Meagan, Ewan and the entire team have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
